    Sbarro is great when you are hungry in a pinch; it is especially convenient for mall employees and extremely hungry shoppers.  I only go there if I have to be at the mall.

    I appreciate the options for ordering pizza by the slice; I enjoy the plain cheese, the pepperoni, and the white ricotta.

    Considering that this Sbarro's is in a mall, the employees make an effort to be friendly and hospitable.

    I recommend signing up to be on their e-mail list.  I only go when I have a coupon on hand, like the buy-one-get-one free pizza slices.

    Horrible. Everyone on the line was rude, not just to myself, but everyone before and after me. The common factor is an older woman who yells at you. I don't know if she's just a loud speaker, or if she's just an angry person, because every time she's working, she has an unpleasant attitude like she doesn't want to be there. It's like she sets the tone for her fellow employees attitudes as well. Something tells me it's the latter. The only pleasant person working this day was the cashier.

    I've eaten Sbarros dozens of times at various locations and am usually satisfied..but on this particular occasion at the Westfarms location. I was probably permanently dissuaded from ever eating there again after the discovery of a dead fly in my friends' cesar salad. Just disgusting..

    Terrible service. Ordered two for twenty two and the lady took forever. She did that on purpose and took her time when we were starving.

    lovely staff. a bit pricey for a chain spot but the pizza is of a very good quality. yum! used to really love the baked ziti - however i noticed there hasn't been enough cheese on the pasta lately. aside from this - its a good spot.
